Event Overview

Join us in Kuala Lumpur for HR Business Partner Forum 2026 - The Region's Only Event Tailored for HR Business Partners!

The HR Business Partner role is evolving faster than ever.

AI adoption, business uncertainty, workforce transformation and changing leadership expectations are reshaping what organisations need from HR. Today’s HRBPs are expected to do more than support people processes — they must understand the business, influence leaders, provide strategic insights and help organisations navigate change.

But how can HRBPs balance increasing operational demands while creating time and space for strategic partnership? How can they build credibility with business leaders, demonstrate the value of HR and make a stronger impact on business decisions?

The HR Business Partner Forum 2026 brings together senior HR leaders and practitioners to explore how the HRBP role is being redefined in the age of disruption.

Through practical case studies, leadership panels and peer discussions, participants will discover how organisations are:

  • Redesigning HRBP roles as AI and digital transformation reshape HR delivery
  • Building strategic influence and stronger partnerships with business leaders
  • Developing commercial acumen and demonstrating the value of HR initiatives
  • Using workforce insights and analytics to support better decisions
  • Creating agile workforce strategies and skills-based organisations
  • Strengthening talent pipelines, leadership capability and organisational resilience
  • Leading continuous transformation while maintaining trust and engagement

Designed for HR Business Partners, Heads of HRBP, HR Directors and senior HR practitioners, this forum provides practical insights, real-world examples and peer learning to help HR professionals strengthen their impact and become more effective strategic partners to the business.
